Cookie Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains how Programini, publisher of Simple Timesheet, uses cookies and similar technologies on the Site. It complements the Privacy Policy and the Terms.

1. Who sets cookies

Programini, SAS, 3 rue du Colonel Chambonnet, 69500 Bron, France, RCS Lyon 789 739 349. Contact: contact form.

Third parties may also set cookies, only in the cases described below and, where required by law, after your consent.

2. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Comparable technologies may also be used, including the browser’s local storage. Cookies may be session or persistent cookies, set by Programini or by a third party.

3. Public Site and application

The public Site (marketing pages, contact, documentation) is not the Simple Timesheet application. Once you are signed in, the application may use cookies or local storage strictly necessary for authentication, security and operation of the Service. Those essential items are not subject to prior consent.

4. Categories used

4.1 Essential

They allow the Site to function, remember your cookie choice and, in the application, handle sign-in and security. They cannot be refused without impairing the service.

4.2 Audience measurement

If you accept, Programini uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-J7PF45Q5GN), provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to measure Site traffic and improve it. These cookies are set only after acceptance via the banner.

4.3 Cookies we do not use today

The Site does not set advertising or targeting cookies at this time. If that changes, your consent will be requested first.

5. Trackers concerned

cookie_consent Remember your choice (accept or refuse). Stored in the browser’s local storage, not as an HTTP cookie. Essential Until changed or deleted
_ga Google Analytics 4 audience measurement (G-J7PF45Q5GN), only if you accept Audience 13 months maximum
_ga_J7PF45Q5GN Google Analytics 4 session identifier, only if you accept Audience 13 months maximum
Application session cookies Authentication and security of the Service, where applicable Essential Session or limited duration

Other short-lived technical cookies may be needed for the Site to work. When a payment is made, the payment provider may set its own cookies. If you enable an integration (for example Microsoft), the third-party publisher may also set cookies under its own rules.

6. Your choice

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience-measurement cookies. You can change this choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent access to some features.

To opt out of Google Analytics: Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

7. Do Not Track signal

When the browser sends a Do Not Track signal, Programini endeavours not to enable audience measurement.
